granting the municipality and its land use board(s) temporary

immunity from any and all exclusionary zoning lawsuits until

further order of the court. Due to the anticipated large number

of similar motions expected to be filed in the wake of the 2015

Decision, it is possible if not likely that the date and/or time

of the hearing on the municipality’s motion will be changed by

the court. Scheduling information can be obtained from the

court or from the attorney referenced below.

BE ADVISED that any and all responses to the municipality’s

Declaratory Judgment action and to its Motion for Temporary

Immunity must be filed in accordance with the New Jersey Court

Rules which are published on the New Jersey Judiciary

must be submitted no later than Monday, July 13, 2015 at 5:00 pm
